You will meet with your weight loss coach for your intake and the program will be described to you in detail. Should you then decide to sign up for the program, the price of the consultation will go towards the package cost.
There are multiple packages available depending on how much weight you have to lose and whether you want to use your own food or The Good Diet snacks and meals.
Your health coach will discuss all options with you at your consultation.
